Your card opens the lifts only to your own floor, your car park floor, Level 7 and the lobby. Visitors receive a QR code for the floor they are visiting.

Car parks fill the basement, the lower ground floor, Level 1 and Levels 2 to 6. A badminton and pickleball court sits on Level 5.

The two towers hold 522 serviced residences for sale. Block C, beside them, is a separate student residence with its own entrance. It is not for sale.

Past the front door, a shared foyer opens to the main home on one side and a private suite with its own lock on the other. Two generations under one front door, each with a lock of their own.

Straight answers

Is the title residential?

No. The land is commercial, and the serviced residences are sold under the Housing Development Act. Owners may apply to TNB and Air Selangor for domestic electricity and water rates. Approval rests with them, so residential rates are not guaranteed.

How many homes are there?

There are 614 homes in the two towers. 522 of them are serviced residences for sale. The other 92, in Tower B, are homes under a state affordable-housing scheme, allocated separately and not offered here.

Is Block C for sale?

No. Block C is a separate student residence for Taylor’s. It has its own entrance and facilities, and no access to the two residential towers.

How many car parks come with a home?

It depends on the layout. Types A and B come with one. Type C comes with one, plus a tandem bay. Type D comes with two, or one plus a tandem bay. Type E comes with two or three, depending on the home. No further bays can be bought or rented after handover.

Are the windows soundproof?

No. They are standard aluminium-framed windows.
