Type D faces north-east, toward Subang Lake. In Subang Jaya, about three degrees north of the equator, the sun rises roughly in the east and sets roughly in the west all year round. A north-east side has its direct sun in the morning.

Is the show unit a Type D?
Yes. The show unit is a Type D, finished to the same specification as the homes. We arrange each viewing personally, and confirm the time and where to meet on WhatsApp.
Can the private suite be let on its own?
Letting is subject to the building’s house rules and the law, and we publish no rents. Ask us privately how a dual-key home can be used.
How many car parks come with a Type D?
Two, or one and a tandem bay. Ask us which applies to a particular home. No further bays can be bought or rented after handover.
Which way does Type D face?
North-east, toward Subang Lake, with the morning sun. Every home facing north-east is a Type D or D1, and some Type D1 homes are corner homes.
