One front door, a lock for each part
Step through the front door into a shared foyer. From there, each part has its own door and its own lock: the main home for the household, a private suite for a parent, a grown child or a guest. Types B and D are dual-key; Type E is triple-key.

What every home shares
Whichever layout you choose, your card opens Level 7: the garden floor between the towers, with pools, gardens, a gym, a multipurpose hall and a co-working room. The specification below is the same in every home.
- Standard aluminium-framed windows, not soundproof.
- Shared lift lobbies, not air-conditioned; no intercom in the home.
- Inverter air-conditioners in the living room and bedrooms.
- 600 × 600 mm tiles in the living area.
- A single-phase 60 A supply.
Straight answers about the layouts
Can I get the floor plans?
Yes. Every layout page shows its plan, redrawn to read clearly on a phone, with the developer’s original drawing beside it and the room sizes from the developer’s schedule. For anything more, ask us on WhatsApp: we reply personally with what can be shared.
Why do some facts say “not yet verified”?
We publish only what the developer’s documents support. Where they are silent or disagree, we write “not yet verified”, never “Yes” or “No”. When the developer confirms, the page changes.
How many car parks come with each layout?
Types A and B include one. Type C includes one and a tandem bay. Type D includes two, or one and a tandem bay. Type E includes two or three, depending on the home. No further bays can be bought or rented after handover.
What are Types A1, B1 and D1?
The developer lists them with Types A, B and D, at the same size and with the same room description. Side by side, their plans show the same rooms in the same arrangement. What changes is where they sit on the floor, and each layout page shows it.
Which layout is the show unit?
Type D, finished to the same specification as the homes. We arrange each viewing personally and confirm the time on WhatsApp.
